The controversial report regarding the war crimes regarding Sri Lanka which is granted by American State Department to Congress would be published next month. In this regard, an opinion was revealed by the spokesman Jef Anderson of American Embassy for Sri lanka informed the American Congress, had postponed the said report.
He said the report would be published in the middle of October, and the war crimes report which was handed over last 21st, by American Ambassador Stephen Refins to American Congress.
Meanwhile, the International community is accusing Sri Lanka continuously regarding the war crimes. President Mahinda Rajapakse while his participation at an event at Temple Trees informed, if war crimes are accused against the Sri Lankan forces, he would personally present himself for the legal investigations, against the war crime accusations.
He further said “ the Country achieved independence by sacrificing 26 thousand forces and he is not prepared to betray them was stated by the Sri Lankan President.
The opposition parties have alleged, that President Mahinda Rajapakse without participating the United Nation sessions, had allowed Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickramanage to participated in the UN Assembly which is held in New York.
