An army commander talking to political leaders is considered as treason and conspiracy against government?? What country has this in their law books? If this is conspiracy what do you call 'giving Rs 180 milion to LTTE before the 1994 presidential election by Mahinda Rajapaksa's people in front of Tiran Alas who is testifying now? If sarath fonseka is imprisoned then Mahinda Rajapaksa should be hanged for giving money to a terrorist organisation who was fighting against sri lankan army at the time. Where is justice for that crime? Sri Lanka is run by ruthless power hungry Rajapaksa family. They don't want even a formidable opposition to develop against them so that they can continue to blatantly violate the laws of the land and engage in rampant corruption. It is pretty obvious that this is an effort by the govt. to prevent Fonseka from running for parliamentary election. This is getting worse than Prabakaran's era. God bless Sri lanka !!!
